Raisins (42.5%), butter (cream from milk, salt), free range eggs, brown sugar, dark chocolate (6%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin)), breadcrumbs (wheat flour, yeast, iodised salt, water), wheat flour, Australian rum (4.2%), orange juice, cocoa, water, flavours, spice, bicarbonate of soda.

Brandy Butter is traditionally an English accompaniment adopted by Australians who love to add a sense of occasion to pudding time. It is extra thick and designed to be spooned over your Christmas Pudding after it has been warmed. Delicious Christmas puddings

Last year I purchased this pudding and it was demolished by the family, so I have bought another one for Christmas 2024. Plum puddings also!!
