Brandy Butter is traditionally an English accompaniment adopted by Australians who love to add a sense of occasion to pudding time. It is extra thick and designed to be spooned over your Christmas Pudding after it has been warmed. As it melts through the pudding, it adds another level of buttery richness to our traditional Christmas puddings and logs. Brandy butter is also excellent on waffles, pancakes and raisin toast. Try adding a little to a fry pan and gently warm slices of your leftover pudding.

Chilli Jam versatility

After trying this chilli jam over the festive season we fell in love with this and I have just ordered a further 3 jars. It is a wonderful product - you can have on the side or add to stir fries - it is absolutely delicious. Not too hot or spicy just a lovely warm hotness but sweet as well. Can highly recommend.
