Brandy Butter is traditionally an English accompaniment adopted by Australians who love to add a sense of occasion to pudding time. It is extra thick and designed to be spooned over your Christmas Pudding after it has been warmed. As it melts through the pudding, it adds another level of buttery richness to our traditional Christmas puddings and logs. Brandy butter is also excellent on waffles, pancakes and raisin toast. Try adding a little to a fry pan and gently warm slices of your leftover pudding.

Winter joy

Amidst the gloom and doom - particularly in Victoria I had a craving for pudding- as an avid pudding maker myself I could not muster the will and wanted instant quality gratification-

I found the pudding lady on line and it was at my door step in a couple of days- pretty good as I live in Ballarat.

The delight when I opened it smelt that smell warmed it with cream and it was delectable - nice amount of brandy for a very cold day.
