As it melts through the pudding, it adds another level of buttery richness to our traditional Christmas puddings and logs. Brandy butter is also excellent on waffles, pancakes and raisin toast. Yum for Christmas

Fabulous as usual. Two of the puddings were for friends whose families are not particularly keen on dried fruit in anything and never eat Christmas pudding.

I was sure they would love the chocolate and orange and I was certainly right.

It has really modernised a pudding for Christmas.
