Our Vintage Pudding is dark, rich, fruity and delicious. Made from plump fruit grown and dried under the sun, finely milled flour from Australian wheat, farm fresh eggs, distilled spirits made from Australian grown fruits and grains and superior spices from every corner of the globe.

Every one of our puddings is hand finished, wrapped in cloth and tied with ribbon, continuing to excite and delight our customers, as we have always done. 

While we cling to our traditions, and celebrate you creating your own, we are modernising our range to ensure we have something for everyone - especially those who have not been able to enjoy puddings in the past. Our specialty range of allergy free, vegan and gluten free puddings ensure everyone can be part of your pudding traditions.

Our gluten free puddings contain no wheat and use gluten free breadcrumbs. The pudding is still rich and delicious and is based on that traditional old recipe handed to Dawn by her grandmother. The use of farm fresh butter, quality brandy, farm fresh free-range eggs and Australian sugar ensures the same luxurious indulgence.

When we first started making our traditional puddings, the world was a simpler place with less choice. In our age of connectivity, we are evolving our range to keep up with demands of a contemporary society, We want all families to create their own traditions with our puddings.

Our Vegan range replaces the butter with non-dairy based shortening, and we have found alternatives to eggs including plant based protein egg replacements, producing the same rich sweet puddings with no animal products.

Working with dietitians, Diabetes Australia and the Australian Heart Foundation, we have also developed a gluten free pudding containing no added sugar or artificial sweetener. The moistness and sweetness come from ripe, flavoursome fruits. This pudding is ideal for those who choose to be a little more health conscious and may be suitable for diabetics and coeliac in controlled portions.  This gluten-free and no added sugar option is available in two sizes, 1g and 500g, both round puddings.
