In our age of connectivity, we are evolving our range to keep up with demands of a contemporary society. We want all families to create their own traditions with our puddings
Our gluten free puddings contain no wheat and use gluten free breadcrumbs. The pudding is still rich and delicious and is based on that traditional old recipe handed to Dawn by her grandmother. The use of farm fresh butter, quality brandy, free range eggs and Australian sugar ensures the same luxurious indulgence.
