Nothing says extravagance like the deep richness and silky soft texture of prunes, oozing thick, sweet, dark plum juice. Combined with the finest Australian fortified port, and blended with our traditional generations' old recipe, this pudding demands the addition of top shelf ice cream or a generous dollop of double cream. It is delicious, decadent and deluxe, requires no actual event but the celebration of life itself.
Our puddings are hand wrapped and ribboned, with the finest attention to every detail of the process.

Dried fruits (38%) (sultanas, raisins), butter (cream from milk), Free Range Egg, brown sugar, breadcrumbs (Wheat flour, yeast, iodised salt, water), wheat flour, prunes (4.9%) (coated in sunflower oil), orange juice, brandy (3.2%), Port (2.5%), water, spice, flavour, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate).
Contains 2.7% alcohol by weight.
