Adapted from our family's original recipe, this one is an award winner! Very high concentration of especially selected dried fruits and just the right amount of Australian brandy, it comes to you gift boxed in a choice of 4 sizes. While we boil our famous Christmas puddings, we bake our Christmas cakes slowly to retain the moisture and develop the flavours fully.
